Great time and care is put into selecting each and every item that is sold on Haus de Milano. Because of the limited-edition nature of our products, we do not offer REFUNDS, however we do allow exchanges on non-custom pieces. All PRE ORDER CUSTOM ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE 

If you have any questions, we recommend you contact our Customer Care Team prior to purchasing and refer to our Sizing Guide to ensure you order the correct size. 

 

Exchanges

Haus de Milano does not accept exchanges on custom pieces. Exchanges are allowed only on non-custom pieces within 3 business days of receipt. Customers must:

  • Please contact support@hausdemilano.com within 3 days of item delivery to request an exchange

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping fee and/or additional costs incurred from shipment

  • Return shipment must be received within 7 days of the delivered date

  • Item must be sent back in new condition, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags attached.
